How TPNF Helps Unemployed Youths to Get Employed

The unemployment numbers have risen since the onset of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Though things seem to be getting better with time, many challenges still need to be dealt with. The Pushpa Narendra Foundation, or TPNF, is working tirelessly to ensure youth welfare, and getting youth employed is a major part of it.

  1. Offering Training

TPNF offers training to unemployed youth to ensure that they become eligible for a job. The training can be educational or skill-based. It is devised as per an individual’s needs, capabilities, and inclination. Sometimes, it means helping youth to complete education also.

  1. Providing Skill Development Opportunities

For youth who want or need to get employed quickly, TPNF offers skill development opportunities. As a part of this, youth attends skill development training, courses, or workshops to develop a skill that can help them to be employed. For instance, some youth learn English speaking skills to get a call center job.

  1. Arranging Interviews

After youths complete their respective trainings, education, or skill enhancement courses, the TPNF team works hard to arrange interviews for the individuals. The interviews help a person land a job and become financially independent.

  1. Helping with Placement

The team of TPNF also helps youth with placement assistance. Organizing mock interview sessions, sharing corporate etiquettes, and helping youth with personal grooming are some examples of our assistance.

  1. Financial Aid

In many cases, especially in cases of underprivileged youth, TPNF offers financial aid to youth. For instance, if a youth who wants to get trained in a skill has to leave an underpaid job, TPNF can help the person feed their family for a brief period until the youth gets a job.

  1. Moral Support

TPNF team also offers moral support to all the youths we help train, educate, get skilled, or get employed. It boosts the self-confidence of youth and makes them feel worthy of getting a job. If you are impressed by our efforts, know more about us by clicking here.
